How do you select multiple items

I want to label all my office furniture. Is there a way to link the label and the item so they can be moved together? Is there a way to select multiple walls and move them as one piece?

Only elements from the library can be selected together by holding SHIFT and selecting them after each other. kind regards, Nico 2009/11/18
